1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CareConfirm (“the Service”), operated by Veike Agency (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

CareConfirm is a multi-tenant B2B SaaS appointment scheduling platform that allows business owners to create services, manage appointments, and share public booking pages with their clients.

2. Description of Service

CareConfirm provides an intelligent appointment scheduling platform including:

• Business owner dashboard for managing services and appointments
• Public booking pages for client self-scheduling
• Real-time availability checking and timezone-aware scheduling
• Email reminders and notifications
• Basic analytics and reporting

The Service is offered through tiered subscription plans starting at $5/month for the Starter plan. We also offer Pro and Enterprise plans with additional features. All plans are billed on a monthly or yearly basis.

3. Account Registration

To use CareConfirm, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Veike Agency and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

As a business owner using CareConfirm, you are responsible for ensuring that your collection and use of client data through the Service complies with applicable data protection laws.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareConfirm and Veike Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time through your dashboard settings. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Service or other users.

Upon termination, your data will remain accessible for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
